This Return Policy explains how NutraVerde handles refunds, exchanges, and quality reviews for jars, pouches, and bundled accessories shipped through gracefulssorgani.
Eligible items
Unopened superfood jars and pouches in resalable condition may be returned within thirty days of delivery when the safety seal is intact and the lot code matches our records.
Opened products may qualify for partial credit when you report an off-aroma, incorrect label, or damaged packaging within seven days of receipt and include photos.
Non-returnable items
Custom blended orders produced after you signed off on a private recipe, promotional items marked final sale, or products missing more than half their contents due to consumer use are not returnable unless required by law.
How to start a return

Refunds and processing time
